Job Title: Regional Academic Leadership Specialist

This role is responsible for the overall academic leadership and management of schools within a specific region. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop Principals and Teachers to achieve high-quality education outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement area improvement plans to enhance Teacher quality and School performance
  • Maintain effective relationships with community members, donors, and other stakeholders to promote education initiatives
  • Collaborate with Principals to recruit qualified local Teachers and strengthen the Principal cohort
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to improve Teacher practice
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of English and Urdu
  • Proficiency in computer use (MS Office, Internet, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Analytical skills
