Senior IT Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior IT Leader to oversee the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our Information Communications Technology (ICT) function.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing ICT systems, ensuring smooth function of all ICT systems, and managing ICT security strategy and disaster recovery plans. Additionally, they will lead a team by recruiting, training, coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the ICT function to ensure that all necessary ICT tools, processes, and systems are in place to meet current and future business requirements.
  • Ensure development and installation of ICT systems and hardware through close coordination with vendors.
  • Manage the smooth operation of all ICT systems, including website, call center, field service software, accounting system, anti-virus software, print services, and email provision.
  • Develop and manage ICT security strategy and disaster recovery plans to minimize the risk of data loss and breach of business information.
  • Lead a team by recruiting, training, coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An IT graduate degree with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills, leadership and team building abilities, hardworking and self-driven attitude, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, and sound ethics and manners.
