Job Overview

The role of Programme Officer plays a vital part in the Head Office team, working under the guidance of a senior staff member.

  • Fundraising Responsibilities:
    • Creation of proposals, presentations, and documentation for donors;
    • Coordination of various fundraising events for our organization.
  • Communication Tasks:
    • With donors and child supporters;
    • With job applicants;
    • Between the school and the Head Office team.
  • Other Organisation Duties:
    • Performing tasks as assigned by management to support the organisation's objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications

A Master's degree and two years of relevant work experience are essential. Strong communication skills and excellent English writing and speaking skills are required.

Experience in crafting donor proposals and grant requests is highly valued. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to our organisation's goals and be willing to work for at least one full year.

We seek a collaborative team player who can follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders, and also lead independently when needed.

A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
