In this challenging and rewarding role, you will play a critical part in driving business success by providing expert financial analysis and support. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models, conducting data analysis, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain accurate and reliable financial models.
  2. Analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights that inform business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with the Operations lead to ensure timely resolution of variances.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with the Finance team and ASU leadership.
  5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Essential Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on P&L analysis and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills.
