We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business development for our contact center operations.

Job Description

The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with suppliers to maximize revenue growth. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

You will also plan and execute events that align with our brand image and project us as a leading company in the industry. This will include organizing conferences, trade shows, and other marketing activities.

Furthermore, you will identify relevant forums and seminars for senior management participation to enhance our corporate image. This will involve researching industry trends, analyzing competitor activity, and recommending participation opportunities.

In addition, you will create new business accounts and manage existing ones, utilizing CRM skills to track and analyze data. This will involve building strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and developing targeted marketing campaigns.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years experience in business development or a related field;
  • Detailed knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English and Urdu;
