About This Opportunity

We're excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced full-stack software developer to join our team at Arkhitech. As a key member of our development team, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate engineering best practices, collaborate with technical leaders, and design, develop, and test software products.

Responsibilities

  • Promote engineering excellence within the development team, working closely with senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to analyze complex feature requests and propose implementation strategies.
  • Evaluate task complexity and provide accurate time estimates for project completion.
  • Design, develop, and test software products, applying research skills to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct unit testing (including mocking as needed) and integration testing to ensure software quality.
  • Maintain adherence to Arkhitech's policies, standards, and procedures throughout job duties.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science only; Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Telecommunication Engineering degrees are not eligible.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, time complexities, OOP, and MVC.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices like continuous integration and unit testing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent technical judgment to discern when to utilize off-the-shelf solutions and when to create custom ones.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation abilities.
  • High energy levels and strong motivation to meet deadlines.
