Drive Business Growth as a Skilled Development Manager

This is an exciting full-time on-site opportunity for a talented Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue suitable projects through various platforms.
  • Develop compelling proposals that align with client needs and showcase value.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and consistently follow up to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand service offerings and shape solutions accordingly.
  • Built lasting relationships through regular communication, meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze bidding performance, win/loss ratios, and continually improve proposal strategies.
  • Contribute to business development strategies, pricing models, and target-setting.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals independently with small to mid-sized clients.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in bidding and client handling on freelancing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of software development and IT industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including web development, mobile apps, SaaS, DevOps, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with project estimation, client communication, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, project management software, and lead generation tools.
  • Capacity to comprehend technical concepts and translate them into customer-friendly language.
