We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the role of Community Mobilizer Trainer.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Train community mobilizers to deliver holistic self-care packages, entrepreneurship skills, digital marketing, financial literacy, and interpersonal communication.
  • Provide orientation to new community mobilizers on basic health education and screening facilities.
  • Assist with registrations and income generation of community mobilizers through Baji Connect.
  • Review and prepare training modules for community mobilizers on areas defined by the program.
  • Offer onsite medical support at service delivery homes.
  • Give feedback to community mobilizers on key performance areas along with action plans on identified performance gaps.
  • Ensure all community mobilizers report service data while maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop and submit workplans to the Project Manager.
  • Help create referral linkages between community mobilizers and companies' clinics.
  • Manage reporting of Sitara Bajis and their work plans, field activities, and timesheets on shared formats.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited university or institute.
  • Experience:
  • For healthcare professionals: 1 year of clinical experience in a gynecology unit.
  • For pharmacists: 1 year of experience in pharma quality assurance.
  • For nurses: 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Ambulatory care settings experience is highly desirable.
