**Job Title:** Process Improvement Specialist

**About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to lead and facilitate Operational Excellence (OE) projects and initiatives across our organization.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for rolling out Operational Service Excellence (OSE) in our business unit and APAC countries, focusing on four principles and twelve elements to establish a strong foundation and drive continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Review project charters developed by team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, clarity of objectives, and feasibility of scope, target saving realization.
  2. Monitor project progress through regular checkpoints, reviewing data analysis, problem-solving efforts, and implementation plans.
  3. Contribute to the definition, organization, and delivery of training sessions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, preferably Master Black Belt
  • Previous experience teaching Lean Six Sigma certifications
  • Must be comfortable interacting with, and coaching, individuals at various levels of an organization with the appropriate level of tact
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must have an extremely high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across the organization
