IT Strategist

We're seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team.

As a technology consulting professional, you'll support strategy and drive growth by providing advice on how technology enablement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement.

• Deliver exceptional client service by advising on how technology can act as a multiplying effect during major program transformations.
• Develop consultancy and analytical skills needed in today's environment through project work that crosses borders and sectors.

• A good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its ability to support a client's digital strategy – focusing on Risk, Customer workflows, and IT Operations.
• A technical mindset with a keen focus on problem-solving and the provision of high-quality documentation.
• A customer-focused approach demonstrated by using a deep understanding of a client's environment and supporting the project team to tailor improvement strategies precisely to their specific circumstances.

• ServiceNow development / configuration experience.
• Previous relevant work experience in Consulting or Industry roles involved in ServiceNow operations, management, and projects.
