Job Title: Arts Director, Theatre Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arts Director to lead our theatre in Islamabad. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running large theatres and developing repertory theatre.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement artistic strategies for the theatre
• Lead a team of artists and staff to deliver high-quality productions
• Maintain excellent relationships with local arts communities and stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in arts management or a related field
• Proven track record of success in leading teams and managing budgets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
