About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, supervising housekeeping staff, and managing supplies inventory. They will also be required to resolve networking issues, set up equipment, and install hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  2. Housekeeping Supervision: Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning and hygiene standards are met.
  3. SUPPLIES INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders.
Requirements:
  • Management Skills: Possess strong management skills, with experience in supervising staff.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
  • Physical Activity: Be physically active, with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
  • Software, Hardware, and Networking: Have knowledge of software, hardware, and networking systems.
