Customer Service Representative

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

This role involves generating sales revenue for educational products and services while providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Generation:
    - Engage with prospective customers to promote educational products and services.
    - Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various communication channels.
    - Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
    - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Customer Support:
    - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with product selection.
    - Guide customers through the purchasing process, including product demonstrations and order processing.
    - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
  3. Product Knowledge and Training:
    - Stay up-to-date on educational products and promotions to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
    - Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.
  4. Collaboration and Reporting:
    - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving revenue goals.
    - Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
