Woodwork Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Craftsman to join our team as a Carpenter. The ideal candidate will have expertise in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all stages of the project
• Construct and install various types of wooden structures and fixtures using hand and power tools
• Inspect and repair or replace damaged framework or other structures made of wood
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety procedures and protocols
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize productivity

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a related trade with a strong background in woodworking
• Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling wood
• Excellent problem-solving skills to adapt to changing circumstances and unexpected obstacles
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or sketches to determine materials required for the project
• Physical stamina to work extended periods in a fast-paced environment with regular lifting and bending
