About You

  • You have 5 years of product management experience in a tech company, ideally in consumer apps, marketplaces, or mobility services.">
  • You are proficient in structured problem-solving, data analysis, and roadmap planning.">
  • You are comfortable working hands-on with engineering and design, with a bias for action.">
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with external partners.">

Your Responsibilities

  • ">
  • You will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our customer app, integrations with Careem, and payments systems.">
  • You will deeply understand our users—through data, research, and empathy—and turn that understanding into delightful, high-converting user experiences.">
  • You will own end-to-end product development: discovery, requirements, delivery, testing, launch, and iteration.">
  • You will improve app flows, speed, and usability to reduce friction, boost conversion, and increase user satisfaction.">
  • You will define and track success metrics, using insights to continuously improve product performance.">
  • You will strengthen our payments platform by ensuring coverage of all business use cases, handling edge cases (e.g., Salik tolls, fines), and enforcing clear payment flows and safeguards.">
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer support, finance, and marketing teams to build and ship features efficiently.">
  • You will manage stakeholder relationships with Careem and other external partners, aligning timelines and integrating systems or features when needed.">
