Embroidered Pattern Technician

We are seeking an Embroidery Digitizer to join our team.

1. The successful candidate will be responsible for encoding documents such as maps or drawings using specialized software, and punching cursor keys to digitize points into the computer memory.
2. They will also be required to periodically verify the completeness of encoding by observing the monitor screen.
3. In addition, they will type commands on the keyboard to transfer encoded data from memory to magnetic tape.
4. Maintain accurate records of work orders, time, and tape production.

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy embroidery factory or department is required.
2. The ideal candidate should have proficiency with WILCOM embroidery digitizing software.
3. They should also be able to operate embroidery stitching machines effectively.
4. Good record-keeping skills and flexibility with working hours are essential.
5. The ability to correct defects or errors in embroidery designs is also necessary.
