Job Title: Learning Experience Specialist
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to elevate the capabilities and skills of our organization's talent in alignment. This pivotal role assesses company-wide developmental necessities to identify training needs, implement training initiatives, and cultivate a robust learning culture to enhance productivity for employees.
">This position will be playing a crucial role in bridging competency gaps for employees with suitable training methods.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all training needs of the organization, including New Hired Trainings, Product & System, Performance Management.">
- Conduct engaging trainings on generic skills, orientation programs, and ensure newly recruited individuals are optimally performing with established benchmarks.">
- Run a full cycle of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with other stakeholders.">
- Manage learning and compliance by rolling out timely training calendars that are aligned to the needs and requirements.">
- Oversee training courses and materials to maintain quality, consistency, and evaluate training effectiveness.">
- Drive the development of facilitation and coaching skills in line managers and stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning methodologies, and developments in learning contents.">
Requirements:
">We are looking for candidates with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Training and Development. Demonstrated capacity and interest to integrate the need for business results with a people-oriented approach is essential.
">Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business field.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.">
- Excellent track record in developing and implementing new training programs.">
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.">
- Proficient in MS Office and related business and communication tools.">
- Familiar with traditional and modern training techniques like 70-20-10, Self-Directed Learning Model.">
- Able to generate excitement and commitment to capability building across line managers, business units, and leadership teams.">
