Job Title: Visual Storyteller

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for bringing compelling video content to life across various channels.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Conceptualization: Work closely with designers and other stakeholders to develop innovative video concepts that captivate audiences.
  • Video Editing and Animation: Edit and animate a range of video assets, applying storytelling techniques and strategic thinking to each project.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual style throughout all deliverables.
  • Storyboarding and Design: Develop storyboards, design, and animation using different styles and approaches as needed.
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving: Deliver brilliant creative ideas, show amazing attention to detail, and adapt quickly to changing feedback and direction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion graphics, interaction design, art, film, broadcast, audio, media production, or related field.
  • Design Skills: Ability to independently create graphics and animate video concepts from start to finish.
  • Creative Development: Develop original designs and/or take creative direction and constructive criticism.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and experience with Indesign, Premier, and XD is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and high attention to small details throughout the creative process.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate creative concepts.
  • Project Management: Manage project workload and time for revisions and approvals.
  • Portfolio: Submit a demo reel/portfolio website that clearly demonstrates design and animation work.
