Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Drive performance marketing across the full funnel – awareness, acquisition, retargeting, and conversion.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per action (CPA) targets.
  • Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for campaign assets.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to stay ahead.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing performance campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong command over Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience working with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with a creative edge.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
