We're on the hunt for a talented Local SEO Manager – GBP Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our local SEO strategy, you'll be responsible for driving organic lead generation and inbound calls through GBP optimization, reducing marketing spend while supporting sustainable, profitable growth, and consistently outperforming local competitors through strategic search visibility initiatives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Optimizing and managing Google Business Profiles (GBPs) across multiple service regions
  • Implementing and maintaining UTM tracking and call tracking for accurate lead attribution
  • Conducting local SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams for technical SEO fixes and localized content strategies
  • Providing clear, actionable reporting on performance, growth, and strategic initiatives

Requirements include:
  • 5+ years of local SEO experience with a proven track record of ranking businesses in the Google 3-Pack
  • Expertise in Google Business Profile management and optimization at scale
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to local SEO performance
  • Hands-on experience with BrightLocal, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio
  • In-depth knowledge of local search algorithms, citation management, and competitive local SEO strategies
  • Experience with UTM tracking and call attribution for performance reporting
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on results and measurable KPIs
