Job Title: Information Security Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Information Security Operations Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of security operations, SIEM systems, and threat intelligence.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's SIEM solution, ensuring it effectively collects, analyzes, and reports on security-related events.

You will also create and maintain correlation rules to detect and flag potential security threats, develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into security posture, and design, implement, and manage ELK Stack components.

Your expertise in integrating ELK Stack with external tools and services, monitoring performance and health of SIEM components, and troubleshooting issues will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our security operations.

As an Information Security Operations Manager, you will work closely with teams to onboard new data sources, define log collection requirements, and optimize indexing and search performance.

You will also support incident response efforts by leveraging the SIEM to identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents.

Maintaining documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures is also a key responsibility in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of security operations, SIEM systems, and threat intelligence
  • Experience with ELK Stack components (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
