Web Application Developer PositionA skilled web developer is required to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications based on the Joomla platform.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create custom Joomla-based web applications that meet client requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with a team to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in a timely manner.
  • Component Development: Develop and maintain components, modules, plugins, and templates for Joomla.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with designers to ensure the web application meets the client's needs.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Joomla-based applications.
  • Testing and Deployment: Test, debug, and deploy web applications.
Requirements:
  • Joomla Experience: Proven experience with Joomla development, including custom development of components, modules, plugins, and templates.
  • MVC Architecture: Knowledge of MVC architecture and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Server Administration: Experience with web application deployment and server administration.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CMS Experience: Experience with other CMS platforms such as Drupal or WordPress.
  • E-commerce Platforms: Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento or Shopify.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
