Meet the core team

Our Engineering team crafts, develops, and maintains systems driving Unifonic’s solutions. We collaborate closely with other departments to ensure products meet customer needs.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll work alongside developers, system operators, and engineers to manage code releases, bridging gaps between development, testing, and operations.

  • Setting up and enhancing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
  • Configuring products to meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues affecting infrastructure and systems.
  • Ensuring high availability of our products and platforms, including messaging, voice, and email gateways.
  • Automating operations through scripting across environments.
  • Participating in on-call rotations.
  • Maintaining server configurations, monitoring, and documentation in cloud environments like AWS and Azure.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years of recent experience in Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code, container orchestration, configuration management, Python, Elastic Stack, CI/CD tools, and network protocols.
  • Ability to work closely with offshore teams daily.
