Job Opportunity:

JustRepair is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to work remotely as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, converting leads into customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Management:
    • Handle and respond to incoming leads via WhatsApp, prioritizing lead conversion into customers.
    • Cross-sell products such as on-site repair services, screen protectors, and phone covers to enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Customer Support:
    • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and patience.
    • Schedule repair services and pick-up/drop-off appointments in coordination with technicians to ensure seamless customer experience.
  3. Vendor and Quotation Management:
    • Obtain pricing details from vendors as needed, leveraging negotiation skills to secure competitive rates.
    • Create and share accurate quotations and invoices with clients, highlighting the value of our services.
  4. Sales Pipeline Updates:
    • Regularly update the Sales Pipeline Sheet to track customer progress and lead conversions, providing insights for business growth.
  5. Marketing:
    • Conduct regular WhatsApp marketing campaigns based on the Sales Pipeline Sheet, promoting our services to potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities to handle multiple leads and customer interactions simultaneously.
