Key Role: Digital Marketing Strategist

This critical position oversees the development and execution of paid marketing campaigns to drive revenue and sales for various offerings.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Design and implement paid search strategies aligned with business objectives to increase customer acquisition across multiple platforms.
  • Paid Social Advertising: Develop and execute paid social campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise PPC campaigns to maximise ROI, enhance click-through rates, and reduce cost per acquisition across platforms.
  • Budget Allocation: Effectively manage PPC and paid social budgets to ensure optimal allocation of funds across campaigns and channels, striking a balance between cost efficiency and performance.
  • Testing and Reporting: Develop testing hypotheses and implement a prioritised testing plan to ensure continuous learning. Generate regular reports on key PPC metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paid platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social platforms, with demonstrated success running successful Google ads and Meta ads. They should be analytical, strategic, and creative, with a growth mindset and excellent communication skills.
