Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled e-commerce professional to manage product listings, optimize them for maximum visibility, and ensure seamless order fulfillment on eBay.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create high-quality product listings that accurately showcase products and drive sales.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to set competitive prices and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  3. Monitor incoming orders, process them efficiently, and ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
  4. Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and messages.
  5. Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently providing excellent service.
  7. Manage inventory levels, restock products as needed, and implement effective inventory management practices.
  8. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.
  9. Stay up-to-date with changes in eBay's terms and conditions and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
