Web Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a technical leader and hands-on developer with experience in C#/.NET web and windows applications, SQL Server and Oracle database infrastructure design, and project management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical lead/developer for enterprise C#/.NET web and windows applications.
- Manage SQL Server and Oracle database infrastructure and design.
- Interface with project managers and web designers.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of traditional web development experience (HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript).
- 3 years of dynamic web development experience (ASP, JSP/Java, PHP).
- 3 years of SQL Server database development experience (SQL, stored procedures, ADO, ADO.Net).
- 3 years of IIS configuration, security, management, and maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of .NET web development experience (C#, VB, ASP.NET).
- 2+ years of .NET application development experience (C#, VB, WinForms, Remoting).
- Experience with bug and source control systems (CVS, SourceSafe).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft .NET Certification (MCAD or MCSD).
- Extensive SQL Server knowledge and design capabilities.
- Technical management experience (project management, architecture overview).
- Master's degree in Computer Science.
