System Administrator

This is a full-time on-site position requiring a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide technical support and maintain hardware and software systems.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.
  • Manage and monitor system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Assist in implementing new software applications and system upgrades.
  • Conduct regular system performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network administration.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, security protocols, and data backup/recovery.
  • Experience with system administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
