About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in AI and machine learning to develop, deploy and maintain scalable data pipelines that support real-time analytics and AI-driven applications.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts and software engineers, to ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation and storage. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and optimizing data workflows, integrating data sources securely and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Development: Develop and deploy data pipelines and infrastructure using SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Data Compliance: Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant data privacy and security standards.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data sources securely to support AI and machine learning applications.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with AI specialists to optimize data workflows and design scalable data pipelines.
  • System Optimization: Monitor and optimize performance of AI-driven systems and databases.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience in healthcare data management is highly desirable.
  • Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and GDPR.
  • Cybersecurity: Certifications or proven experience in cybersecurity and data security is a plus.
Tools and Applications:
  • Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
