Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical manufacturing, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning and Management: Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products, allocate resources effectively, and maintain product quality.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
  • Operational Supervision: Supervise daily operations of production teams, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and provide training and guidance to production staff.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging supplies, and maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance production workflows, and implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment, and coordinate with maintenance teams to address technical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Regulatory and Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, batch records, and other required documentation for audits and inspections, and collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to support product development and launch activities, and act as liaison between production and management to align goals and communicate updates.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5–10 years in a production role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software and ERP systems.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
