About the Job

We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails developer to join our team. As a full stack web developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing features in existing products.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop features in existing products as per specification by following guidelines and best practices.
  • Develop frontend and backend applications using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, and PostgreSQL.
  • Create REST APIs and ensure their integration with other applications.
  • Maintain and support software applications in different stages of development.
  • Participate in scrum meetings to ensure delivery as per plan.
Requirements
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals in object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, MVC, data structures, and algorithms.
  • 2+ years' experience in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
  • Experience in REST API development and integration.
  • Proficiency in source control (Git) and unit testing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
