Senior Linux Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Linux system administration, web application configuration, and database server management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform system monitoring, integrity, and availability checks on all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues with web applications and database servers.
- Conduct regular security functions including log review, monitoring of systems, and investigating possible intrusions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web channels.
- Create clear and concise documentation for system procedures and customer support processes.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals and background in Linux Administration.
- Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, MariaDB, MySQL, and Bash scripting.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and relational database systems.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios and ELK.
- Ability to write clear, concise documentation.
- Good communication, customer service, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
