Job Description

The Digital Commerce Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the success of an online ecommerce platform. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Strategy and Planning:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ecommerce goals with overall business objectives.
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the ecommerce website, ensuring it remains user-friendly, functional, and up-to-date.
    • Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to optimize product visibility and conversions.
  • User Experience Optimization:
    • Continuously enhance the user experience by improving site navigation, search functionality, and checkout processes.
    • Implement best practices for mobile responsiveness, page load speed, and overall website performance.
    • Monitor and analyze user behavior using web analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate product availability and stock levels.
    • Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations, optimizing inventory turnover and reducing waste.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
