We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategist to lead our procurement function, responsible for sourcing and acquiring essential materials, equipment, and commodities. This role will oversee the procurement team, develop strategies for optimal sourcing, and ensure all procurement activities align with Nutrifactor Laboratories' operational needs and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the procurement department, overseeing all procurement activities for packaging materials, technical equipment & devices, and utilities.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Manage relationships with national and international suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and contracts.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure high standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential opportunities and risks.
• Ensure procurement processes are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and savings.
• Manage a team of procurement officers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
