Job Title: Sr. Fund Manager – Equity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fund Manager to lead our equity investment strategy.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take charge of our equity portfolios, driving growth and maximizing returns while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine the equity funds investment strategy to enhance fund performance.
  • Manage the equity portfolios to maximize returns within Regulatory and Internal Limits.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation, risk parameters, and compliance status.
  • Evaluate and execute transactions for equity funds, staying up-to-date on necessary information to inform timely investment decisions.
  • Ensure efficient management and execution of trades, liquidity management, and maintenance of policy and procedures.
  • Maintain meticulous compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum Graduate from a recognized university and/or reputable international institution.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience.

  • Strong understanding of equity markets, financial instruments, and investment strategies.
  • Knowledge of macroeconomic and microeconomic environment and indicators.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with ability to assess and manage risk.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with NBFC regulations and Mutual Fund sector.
