High-Rise Real Estate Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven High-Rise Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, developing strong relationships with potential and existing customers, negotiating and closing sales deals, staying updated on market trends and competitor projects, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, collaborating with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns effectively, ensuring smooth documentation and coordination with legal teams for property transactions, and providing excellent post-sales service and customer support.

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably focusing on high-rise projects. You must possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment is essential. Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools, and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and follow up on leads to drive high-rise real estate sales.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns effectively.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and coordinate with legal teams for property transactions.

Requirements:
