This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to join AllZone Tech and contribute to the company's growth. As a business development leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Purpose- We aim to expand our client base and increase sales through effective sales strategies and business partnerships.
- The ideal candidate will be the face of AllZone Tech, creating and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- This role involves finding new business opportunities, developing relationships, and closing deals.
- A growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction will be developed.
- Potential business opportunities will be investigated by analyzing market strategies, organizational needs, and products.
- Promoting the company's services to address clients' objectives will be a key responsibility.
- Preparation of business contracts, tracking of sales and revenue, and provision of feedback and support will also be part of this role.
- Building long-term relationships with clients, determining options, and setting internal priorities will be essential.
- Investigating the risks and prospects for business success will also be a critical responsibility.
- Ensuring clients' needs and business goals are met by communicating with the technical team will be a key aspect of this role.
- Experience in customer service is essential.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in the same role is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other CRM software skills (such as Salesforce) is necessary.
- Proficiency in English with experience dealing with local and international clients is mandatory.
- The ability to maintain long working relationships is essential.
- Planning and time management skills are necessary.
- The ability to achieve monthly and quarterly targets is crucial.
- The candidate should be able to work according to different time zones.
- Buildding and managing a business development team is a requirement.
- A minimum Bachelors degree in relevant areas of study, knowledge of technical background (IT) is a plus.
