Purpose

Key Responsibilities
  • This role involves finding new business opportunities, developing relationships, and closing deals.
  • A growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction will be developed.
  • Potential business opportunities will be investigated by analyzing market strategies, organizational needs, and products.
  • Promoting the company's services to address clients' objectives will be a key responsibility.
  • Preparation of business contracts, tracking of sales and revenue, and provision of feedback and support will also be part of this role.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients, determining options, and setting internal priorities will be essential.
  • Investigating the risks and prospects for business success will also be a critical responsibility.
  • Ensuring clients' needs and business goals are met by communicating with the technical team will be a key aspect of this role.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in the same role is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other CRM software skills (such as Salesforce) is necessary.
  • Proficiency in English with experience dealing with local and international clients is mandatory.
  • The ability to maintain long working relationships is essential.
  • Planning and time management skills are necessary.
  • The ability to achieve monthly and quarterly targets is crucial.
  • The candidate should be able to work according to different time zones.
  • Buildding and managing a business development team is a requirement.
  • A minimum Bachelors degree in relevant areas of study, knowledge of technical background (IT) is a plus.
