Job Overview

The Office Manager plays a vital role in the practice, serving as the primary liaison between the office and patients.

  • Review patient treatment plans, discuss financial options, and make agreements regarding treatment, cost, and method of payment.

  • Ensure no patient is scheduled without a signed financial arrangement in place.
  • Record referral sources for all new patients.
