Data Collection Specialist

The role of a Data Collection Specialist is crucial in supporting outreach and research programs.

About the Position

This opportunity is suitable for individuals with experience in data collection, public interaction, and review of medical records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Record Review: Extract relevant information from medical records for research studies.
  • Parent Contact: Explain study purposes and obtain consent through phone calls.
  • Appointment Coordination: Arrange clinic appointments for research participants.
  • Logistical Support: Provide necessary support for research projects.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Matriculation or higher education qualification.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a hospital or research facility with public interaction.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to give oral instructions/information to patients and parents in colloquial English and/or Urdu.
  • Other Requirements: Effective communication skills, professional integrity, maturity, reliability, responsibility, ability to understand and follow instructions, and basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
