Software Engineering Position

We are searching for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable full-stack applications.

This role requires a technically proficient individual with expertise across modern front-end and back-end frameworks. You will engage directly with clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and gather requirements.

You'll be responsible for driving full-cycle development – from requirements gathering to production-ready releases. As a client-facing role, you must possess excellent communication skills and be able to represent the engineering team in meetings and interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Work with technologies such as:
    • Front-end: React, Vue.js, Angular
    • Back-end: Node.js, Python (FastAPI, Django), Next.js, NestJS, Golang
      • Create high-performance, responsive front-end applications integrated with scalable APIs.
      • Implement clean, maintainable RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
      • Transform UI/UX designs into functional, high-performance web applications.
      • Engage directly with clients to understand needs, gather requirements, and participate in client interviews.
      • Represent the engineering team in discussions with stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals.
      • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and suggest performance optimizations.
      • Collaborate within an Agile team, including designers, QA, DevOps, and product owners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong experience with at least one front-end framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Proficient in back-end development using Node.js, Python, Golang, Next.js, or NestJS.
  • Solid understanding of modern web architecture, asynchronous programming, and API design.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence in client communication, demos, and interviews.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote Agile environment.
