Job Description:
As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals. Your key responsibilities will include defining the brand's unique identity, setting style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for both short-term and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy: Develop a consistent brand message across all channels by defining the brand's tone, voice, and visual elements.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various platforms to ensure effective brand communication and customer engagement.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on customer trends and anticipate future market directions, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Analyze the success of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement to optimize future strategies.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of junior assistants, manage budgets, and collaborate with colleagues from multiple departments to maintain brand consistency and achieve business objectives.
