Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled dispatcher to join our team at truck-dispatch-on-demand. As a remote customer service/dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while effectively managing the dispatching of our fleet of trucks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule truck routes based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and driver availability.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout the delivery process.
  • Monitor the progress of shipments and address any issues or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or dispatching, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
