Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as Director of Communications and Sustainability. You will be responsible for leading our corporate communications and sustainability efforts, driving stakeholder engagement, and enhancing our brand reputation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies, managing media relations, and leading internal communication initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that drives consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and industry analysts.
  • Manage press releases, media engagements, interviews, and crisis communication.
  • Lead internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment with corporate values.
Sustainability Initiatives

You will be responsible for developing and executing sustainability initiatives aligned with our ESG commitments and regulatory frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive initiatives that promote social impact, environmental responsibility, and corporate governance.
  • Lead CSR programs focused on education, digital inclusion, and community development.
  • Foster partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and industry associations to enhance impact.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sustainability efforts, including ESG disclosures, sustainability reports, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in corporate communications and sustainability.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through effective communication and sustainability strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
