Job Description:
About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in implementing program activities at the field level. This role will provide support to the supervisor in various tasks, including developing documentation, facilitating arrangements for trainings and events, drafting reports, and maintaining proper records.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the supervisor in planning and executing project activities.
  • Develop documentation for project activities, ensuring timely submission of reports and data.
  • Coordinate logistics for trainings, workshops, seminars, meetings, and other events.
  • Draft letters, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Provide timely data support to the supervisor for quality reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of project files and official documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Public Health, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in the health sector, with relevant work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
