Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met in the production of motorcycles and manufactured parts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems related to quality assurance and regulatory functions.
  • Create a quality plan to align Company Systems with quality system requirements.
  • Manage documentation for Quality System guidelines.
  • Lead Quality Assurance projects, determining timelines, plans, and strategies for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain quality aspects of the Design Control Program, including design input/output documentation, risk analyses, verification/validation activities, and formal design reviews.
  • Direct Quality Assurance and improvement initiatives for all products, processes, and services.
  • Manage internal quality audit program and assess improvement initiatives from all Quality Audits.
  • Collaborate with Production and Development teams to ensure product supply and introduce new products.
  • Train company personnel on corporate Quality System requirements.
  • Maintain quality inspection and product release programs for materials/components, processes, and finished goods.
  • Establish an auditing program and lead compliance audits of third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of Quality Systems supervisory/management experience within a related industry.

Experience interacting with regulatory authorities, quality management systems, and quality system audits.

Working knowledge of design control processes.

Ability to deal effectively with all levels within the organization and external parties.

Proven strong problem-solving ability with attention to root cause.

Maintains a personal and professional continuous improvement philosophy.
