**Job Title:** Maintenance & Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Planning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth planning and execution of maintenance activities in line with other stakeholders.

  • You will supervise the maintenance activities in the Production area and provide support for the smooth operation of machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic & Maintenance Planning:
  • Oversight of CMMS usage for all maintenance activities
  • Planning equipment maintenance aligned with production schedules and capacity
  • Management of asset criticality assessments and maintenance reliability data
  • Ensure availability of spare parts and participate in annual capital expenditure planning
  • Support the design and implementation of engineering improvements and process efficiencies
  • Development of strategies for process simplification and maintenance effectiveness
Operational Maintenance & Production Support:
  • Driving adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and timely work order closures via CMMS
  • Ensuring smooth operation of machines, reducing breakdowns and meeting overall equipment effectiveness targets
  • Leading cost-saving initiatives and supporting machine capacity enhancements
  • Facilitating integration of new equipment and overseeing mechanical upgrades
  • Providing technical direction and training to junior staff and ensuring performance development
Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensuring daily compliance with environmental health and safety, quality standards, and legal requirements
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for all maintenance activities and projects validations and qualifications
  • Management of contract staff and facility maintenance as per regulatory standards
People Management:
  • Overseeing team training, development, and performance planning
  • Fostering a collaborative and professional work environment
