We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our team as Marketing Assistant. This role will support our growing events and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events such as school visits, corporate functions, and festivals.
  • Prepare event proposals, schedules, and staff plans in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain bookings and records for museum lawns and facilities.
  • Monitor visitor areas (e.g., bridal rooms, washrooms) for maintenance and upkeep.
  • Support marketing campaigns, branding strategies, and client communication.
  • Assist in preparing agreements and renewals for event contracts.
  • Provide ground support during events and act as communication liaison.
  • Maintain marketing records, booking registers, and reporting files.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or public engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure during events.
