Software Engineering Specialist

This job requires proficiency in developing web services and RESTful APIs / microservices. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in database management using SQL, preferably Oracle. Additionally, they should be familiar with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies and have experience working with automation testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, Junit, JMeter, etc. Familiarity with APIs (Public or Private), Contact Management (cases, routing, and blending), Web Application especially servicing large customer base, System Integration and Packaged Software Implementation is an added advantage.
Main Tasks
The selected candidate will design and implement end-to-end testing processes, participate in technical design and implementation to support business initiatives, and coordinate release activities with teams. They will also drive the CI/CD of releases with pipelines, design and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for End to End testing and Load & Performance testing, and participate in code reviews. Additionally, they will contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies. Lastly, they will stay current with the latest software development trends and technologies to drive innovation and improve software solutions.
What We're Looking For
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CS, EE, or related field and 5+ years of preferred experience in software automation or software development. Proficiency in object-oriented design methodology and application development in Java and J2EE, including Spring, Hibernate, servlets, JDBC, XML, XSL.
