Job Description


As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. Your primary goal is to ensure high asset availability and efficiency by planning and executing maintenance strategies aligned with safety, quality, and compliance standards.


Key responsibilities include supervising a team of technicians and contractors, monitoring equipment performance using KPIs such as OEE, MTTR, and MTBF, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


You will also be responsible for developing and managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor contracts, as well as participating in planning and execution of CAPEX projects.


To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong mechanical or industrial engineering background, hands-on experience in maintenance and reliability practices, and a solid understanding of capital projects and equipment upgrades.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in managing maintenance teams, utilities, and engineering stores.
  • Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM), spare parts optimization, and asset reliability concepts.
  • Understanding of CAPEX budgeting, planning, and execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and GMP compliance is essential.
