A strong ability to understand client briefs and transform them into complete websites without requiring significant input from the team is essential.

This role demands a self-starter who can deliver projects independently with minimal instructions or supervision.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JS is highly beneficial.

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting designs created in Figma to WordPress.

It's crucial to be skilled in using design software like Figma to export assets that can be used on the website from a provided design file.

An exceptional eye for design is also required.

This position involves an office-based setting.

Performance-based bonuses will be awarded annually.

This job may include participating in paid projects to assess your skills before hiring you full-time.
